Recall Classification Guide
Class I: Dangerous
Reasonable probability that use of, or exposure to, the product will cause serious adverse health consequences or death. These recalls require the most urgent action.
Class II: Moderate Risk
Use of, or exposure to, the product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences. The probability of serious harm is remote.
Class III: Minor Risk
Use of, or exposure to, the product is not likely to cause adverse health consequences. These are often related to labeling or packaging issues.
